What determines and dog color.?
I'm going to breed my dogs and they do not have the same color the mom is red and the dad is black then what color will the puppies and yes their the same breed

There are several alelles that determine color. The black and red are both dominant/co-dominate alelles. You will not get spots, but you will possibly get either red/black/tan/grey although the dilutes are unlikely. You could even get a white.
Roaning is usually a dominant allele, but not always so you may get some roans, but may not. Masks are usually dominant except in the case of dilute masks which are recessive. You will not likely get a black mask if neither dog has one.
Because black is dominant over red, but red is dominant over the other colors, you have more possibility of various colors than you would with only dilute dogs.
Long coats are recessive. Short legs are dominant, so you should be able to guess on those.
