It is a common practice to buy accessories at the time of purchase. When I buy my Goldwings, the purchase always includes: a OEM bike cover, trailer hitch, 2 new helmets + headsets, air wings, truck rack + truck bag, etc. It adds up.
And most lending institutions with accept a limited amount of this. But only up to a point. If you have a $2000 bike and $3000 worth of accessories, just what is the collateral for the lender? The answer is just the bike, because all of your accessories have no resale value. And the value of the bike (like any other vehicle) is deprecating from the moment it leaves the lot.
Talk to your sales person, they can tell you what is doable.
