Can water get any hotter then the boiling point?
If you mean higher than 100 degrees, then yes because the boiling point is when the pressure of the vibrated water equals the pressure of the air that surrounds it so if you increase the pressure of air water temperature will continue to increase until it reaches it. and that means that you can boil water at a low temperature too.
