Do you have a cat that seems to enjoy stalking all the others?

Yes I have an older male cat by the name of Tom Tom. He is always stalking my other cat Baby.He is a huge cat and sometimes doesn't realize that he is no longer a kitten and sometimes hurts Baby. I have to rescue her a couple of times a day. I have separated them a couple of times, but they always come back together and do it again.
