How can I lose 55 lbs in 4 months?
I am 200lbs give or take a few lbs I am a very inactive person going to go for a walk every nite after supper and i have many videos its hard to get motivated is there any tips anyone has to lose wieght fast
well if your a person that eats large portions try cutting your portions in half to shrink your stomch and not have to eat as much. and for exercising i would walk or jog a mile or 2 aday and should see some results. but w/e u eat, eat small portions, you should eat healthier, but if you didnt want to lose so much weight is so little time then you could eat what ever u want but small portions but what you want to do u should probably eat very healthy and very little. good luck with everything.
