Logic has its limitations. It cannot prove explain everything that is, was,or will be.What else can we use? Btw. Logic having limitations, it being a "tool" for thinking (not the be all and end all) was proved by logic itself ironically.

In our human endeavor for knowledge what else is there? What else can we use?

Best Answer - Chosen by Testing, and collective evidence and data. Aristotle came by the use of pure logic that between two objects if dropped at the same time and distance from the ground, the heavier one would fall first. All he had to do was perform a simple experiment in orders to test this, and it wasn't until Galileo came some millennium and half later to put it to the test. Logic like you said it is a tool, but a carpenter can only do so much with just a hammer.
