Writing a book, have a question.? When you are writing a book and you have characters sitting around talking and then hear something on the radio, how do you correctly show what the radio is saying? Do you put it in quotes, like you would another character talking? Or is it italics? I'm really confused, help!

Just to clarify, my story is third person, limited omniscient, flipping back and forth with different characters. In the scene I am in the characters are sitting around discussing something when they hear something on the radio. I need to list what is being said on the radio but I'm not sure how to do that grammatically and be correct.
if u wanna see how it is done, u could check out the way jk rowling has done it in book seven when harry and co are tuning into Potterwatch.
