Math help please??? The product of two consecutive integers is 4 less than 4 times their sum. Find the integers. Thank you for your help!

x(x+1) = 4(x+x+1)-4
x^2+x=4x+4x+4-4
x^2-7x=0
x(x-7)=0
x=0 or x=7
x+1 = 1 or 8
so 0 and 1 or 7 and 8
